I’m Pregnant! I’m three months along and so happy, to finally be able to start blogging about it. Most of the reason I haven’t been posting lately, is because this is pretty much the biggest part of my life, but I’ve had to keep it a secret! I was also very tired and nausaus for the first while so I wasn’t exactly feeling inspired, but I’m back to normal now and just waiting for this bump to grow!
Yesterday we had our first appointment and we got to go hear the baby’s heartbeat! It was amazing, so cool to hear and feel like there really is someone in there!
How wonderful! You must be so very excited.

Hi bethany!
Congratulations!!!
What do you think about veganism and pregnancy? Have you think about still being vegan while pregnant? I am asking because my sister is vegan and wants to get pregnant.
Thank you so much everyone! We're very excited 🙂
Cate, I have started eat animal products since being pregnant. I was really craving meat and cheese and just decided that my body knows what I need. I wanted to make sure that I was getting enough protein and iron and everything else the baby needs to grow. Once I got over the guilt, I have actually really enjoyed being able to bbq a chicken burger, and have bacon with my breakfast! I think I will return to veganism after the baby is born, or later on in my pregnancy. If your sister does want to remain vegan there are lots of vegan pregnancy books to check out!

Just found your blog through Treasures and Travels! So happy to be popping in to such good news! Congratulations to the moon and back. Babies are so exciting! Also, I love the tattoo on your arm. I've been dreaming of getting a triangle tattoo, so it's great for me to see it on someone as cool as you! So awesome.

hello! how did you know you were ready to start a family? you seem so young!
Celeste, I always knew that I wanted a family young! Since I was little I wanted to get married and have a baby, not much else. So as soon as David and I were married I just kind of waiting until he felt like the timing was right. This past january we decided to just "Not Not try" and see what happens. It had been about 5 months and one day out of the blue David said "You know, I think I would like to have a kid." and at that moment I knew I was pregnant. God has his timing, and we trusted in that!
