a bit of this, a bit of that

Farewell October! Hellloooo November, I likkkeee november It’s finally acceptable to play chrismas music and movies, eat mandarin oranges, and maybe even some decorations….? Here are some photos of this & that in october.

1. My good friend Alyssa and took some photos at Granville Island (See post here) 2. Sushi left overs. We ordered sushi from a restaurant that is cash only, after we ordered we realized we didn’t have cash.. While waiting for the delivery guy we searched all my old purses, under the car seats, in suitcases, jackets, We found $36!! 3. Look at that handsome pup 4. Davids turn.. He’s been working on his camera skils. 5. Halloween Donut, I was really excited about this. To be honest, it was weird. 6. We just got an ipad and David has downloaded a game called CSR Racing, he’s really loving it!

Happy Halloween Everyone

Love Sid

Gouda

I met someone… it’s cat named gouda. My friends live in a house right off Commercial drive in Vancouver, and theres a neighboors cat that always comes and hangs out in their house, sleeps there, steals food… Last night when I was there it came in and I started to cuddle it. I forgot how much I love cats! All my life I hated them, thought they were so mean. But last fall I developed a love for them when I was staying in a bunch of peoples houses that had cats. Now I’m really trying to convince David that we should get a little kitten to cuddle, and for sid to play with!

P.S. Happy Halloween!!

morning thrifting

This morning David and I made a stop at Tim Horton’s for Iced Coffee, bagels, and donuts, and then we headed down to Johnston St. for some thrifting! It was a successful morning! I came home with a lovely set of vintage dishes, 2 fur collars, 2 cozy sweaters, a typewriting (david is aching to steal the case from it and turn it into a pedal board), a denim shirt, and some sweet shoes for my bro-in-law! I really love thrifting, and living in a town with a ton of old people makes for some sweet thrift shops!
