The other night I made a Vegan/Gluten Free Apple Crumble (subbing the flour for brown rice flour, and the butter for earth balance) for a family dinner. I was pretttaayy yummy. Lately we have been trying to eat more Vegan, and David is gluten free. Before I always found it impossible to cook for Vegan friends but since being more aware about our food, where it comes from/how its treated, It’s easy to stay away from animal products. We’ve still been having cheese every now and then, and cream in our coffee. (Still trying to find a good milk sub) But there are a lot of really great organic/vegan foods out there. Suggestions?
